At the beginning in January 2015, there were 4 of us: the 2 founders of Mobiskill looking for a way to internationalize their recruitment firm’s business (Baptiste and Jean-Noël), and a digital headhunter (Maya) trying to find a job abroad for one of her developer friends (Jérémy). That’s how YBorder was born with one essential idea: streamlining cross-border recruitments by providing a platform where headhunters can exchange information on local jobs and talent they have in their own countries.
